Sales Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator working in our Oakdale, MN sales office.

• At least 2 years of sales support or customer service experience
• Strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Strong sales, organization, analytic and time‑management skills
• Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting a sales region(s) and assisting in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.

• Assist with daily sales reporting
• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers
• Support the sales team in attaining sales targets
• Communicate trends to the sales team to help in research and planning
• Maintain and update the database regularly
• Work closely with the Sales Rep managing the market to maximize activities and results
• Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements
• Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails
