Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use CRM system and phone system.
• This role involves training in both the warehouse and at the sales counter.

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Exhibit strong sales skills including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71–$29.92 per hour (or monthly for salaried roles). This role is bonus or incentive‑plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
