Responsibilities
  • Actively sell and manage Sales Representatives who develop sales growth to support financial goals and priorities within a designated geographic territory.
  • Manage a sales portfolio that includes all Tru Team products and services.
  • Target prospects including General Contractors, Home Builders, Remodelers, and Consumers.
  • Recommend products, materials, and services based on customers’ needs and interests.
  • Identify prospective customers and consistently follow up on leads from existing and potential clients.
  • Use Time and Territory Management skills trained by Tru Team to deliver the Tru Team value proposition and secure relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet division expectations for closing sales ratios.
  • Provide product knowledge and expertise to current and potential customers.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products, prices and sales.
  • Work the majority of time outside the office conducting sales calls, providing proposals, generating new business leads, and maintaining account management.
  • Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion, including incoming phone calls and walk‑ins requesting sales information.
  • Meet sales and direct margin budget expectations.
  • Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • Obtain applicable certifications/licenses as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in Construction Science or Marketing.
  • Prior industry sales experience (preferred).
  • Physical requirements:

    prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Salary range: $30,000.00 – $. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
