- Residential Service & Install Hurlburt Heating, AC & Plumbing Minneapolis / St Paul, MN Area | Full-Time Pay: $80,000–$150,000+ per year(Base pay + performance incentives + bonuses)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components

Perform residential plumbing service calls and maintenance

Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners

Maintain accurate job documentation and invoices

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call

Qualifications:

Minnesota Journeyman or Master Plumber license

Residential plumbing experience required

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
