Location: Oakdale, CA
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour (Overtime eligible)
Shifts Available- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 7:00am - Flexibility required throughout the season
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations by organizing activities and ensuring open communication with carriers. Your role is critical in balancing loader workloads to meet shipping deadlines, preparing accurate bills of lading, and maintaining timely freight pick‑ups with effective coordination. You will address internal and external inquiries about shipment status, resolve issues urgently, and help expedite shipments with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze production schedules to create new inbound deliveries for finished goods.
- Monitor inventory and identify order loading opportunities.
- Prepare and print loading and shipping documents.
- Communicate with the hostler to maintain safe, efficient, and coordinated yard operations.
- Reconcile inbound‑delivery packets, solving issues with missed scans.
- Work with Inventory Control Specialists or Warehouse Supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Schedule and follow up on pick‑up appointments, including handling late/no‑show situations.
- Communicate regularly with deployers, transportation planners, quality, and production departments.
- Send daily updates to carriers and monitor shipping supply inventory.
- Relay key information to supervisors and warehouse management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; able to balance multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Willingness and flexibility to work any shift, including weekends.
Temporary staff to start by July 6, 2026.
