🔧 Now Hiring: Experienced Automotive Technician
📍 Oakland Park, FL – Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM
We’re looking for a skilled, experienced auto technician who takes pride in doing the job right, not just fast. At Five Star Wheels and Tires, we treat our customers’ cars like our own—and we expect the same from every tech on our team.
This is a full-time position in a close-knit, owner-operated shop where respect, clean work, and clear communication are core values. If you’ve got years of experience and a strong work ethic—we want to hear from you.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and suspension issues
- Perform alignments, brake jobs, oil changes, AC service, and more
- Keep your bay clean and organized—we respect our space and tools
- Follow shop procedures that prioritize long-lasting, high-quality repairs
- Communicate clearly with teammates and follow direction when needed
Position Requirements
5+ Years
work experience 🎯 Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of solid experience in automotive repair
- Comfortable working independently on advanced repairs
- Listens well, takes direction, and follows systems—no shortcuts here
- Maintains a clean workspace and treats tools like their own
- ASE Certification preferred (not required, but encouraged)
- Committed to long-term growth—this is not a stepping-stone job
