Customer Satisfaction Specialist

Oakland Park, FL

Compensation: $28.15 per hour ($58,552 annually)

• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written customer correspondence
• Provide technical support and demonstrate solid knowledge of company products
• Maintain a professional demeanor and strong customer focus at all times
• Process product and service orders, and return merchandise authorizations accurately and in a timely manner
• Complete order transactions and forward orders to fulfillment
• Assist with maintaining and organizing customer order and invoice files
• Upright a clean, organized Customer Service department
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and/or sales (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly desired
• Superior interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
• Electromechanical aptitude highly desired
• Customer‑service orientation, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage stressful situations
• Intermediate to advanced data‑entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented individual able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time‑management, organization, and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Intermediate math and reading comprehension skills
