Location: Oakland Park, FL

Compensation: $25–$28.15 per hour

• Provides outstanding customer experience.
• Builds customer relationships with new and returning customers.
• Handles inbound and outbound calls and written customer correspondence.
• Provides technical support and demonstrates solid knowledge of company products.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and customer focus at all times when representing the company.
• Processes product and service orders and RMAs accurately and in a timely manner. Completes order transactions and forwards orders to be filled.
• Provides effective administrative support, such as maintaining and organizing customer order and invoice files, and keeping the CS Department clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and/or sales, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written, spoken, and translation).
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Electromechanical aptitude (highly desired).
• Customer service oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment while handling stressful situations.
• Computer skills; email and general business software (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly motivated and results‑oriented individual able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Efficient time‑management, organization, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Intermediate math and reading comprehension skills.
