Electrical Engineer / Project Manager (Mid-Senior Level) Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead design and project execution for residential and commercial real estate developments, including high-rise buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Design electrical systems for large-scale residential and commercial projects
- Manage projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare and review technical drawings using REVIT and CAD
- 5-10+ years of electrical design experience at an MEP firm
- Strong background in high-rise and real estate projects
- Proficiency in REVIT and CAD
- Florida PE license preferred
- Local candidates preferred;
Spanish bilingual ability a plus - Stable work history required
