Electrical Engineer (PE) | High‑Rise & Commercial Projects | Fort Lauderdale (Onsite)
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
A bit about usJoin a respected engineering firm specializing in the design of complex building systems across South Florida. With a strong portfolio of high‑rise residential and commercial projects, this team is looking to add a licensed Electrical Engineer to support continued growth.
Responsibilities- Design power, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Produce construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Florida codes and standards
- Support projects through design, permitting, and construction phases
- Provide technical expertise on complex design challenges
- PE license in Florida (required)
- 5–10+ years of experience in electrical design
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with mid‑rise and high‑rise projects in Florida
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Stable work history
- Spanish bilingual
