Compensation: $17 per hour + membership and retail commission

• Perform 40–50‑minute facials and advanced skincare services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, chemical peels, facial cupping, and waxing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Educate guests on customized skincare routines, memberships, retail products, and treatment plans.
• Meet or exceed individual membership, retail, and guest retention goals.
• Recommend future services and rebook guests before they leave.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records.
• Follow all Florida State Board safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations before, during, and after every service.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ operational standards and brand expectations.
• Support opening and daily operations, including maintaining treatment rooms and communicating inventory needs.
• Accurately follow company time‑keeping procedures.
• Participate in mandatory training, meetings, and ongoing education.

• Help shape the culture and guest experience from opening day.

• Hold an active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License (Required).
• Have experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and facial waxing (preferred).
• Are passionate about helping guests achieve healthy, glowing skin.
• Enjoy building relationships and educating clients.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Are available to work evenings and weekends.
• Are at least 18 years of age.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure:
Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology License.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform skincare services requiring repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
