We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform evaluations and re‑evaluations for Medicare patients
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills.
- Conduct initial speech‑language evaluations and re‑evaluations as required
- Develop or update individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and agency protocols
- Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Florida
- Experience working with adult and/or geriatric Medicare patients
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Kinnser or similar EMR platform is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
