Job Description- Conduct Safety Audits and Inspections
:
Perform regular safety audits across South Florida sites (Dade‑Broward‑WPB and occasional Orlando area) to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Document findings and recommend improvements. - Employee Training and Education
:
Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees, including toolbox talks, PTPs, and specific OSHA topics such as induction training for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff. - Incident Investigation
:
Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Collaborate with production teams and general contractors to ensure effective and seamless safety integration.
