Registered Nurse (RN), Supervisor, Nights, Full Time 7:00pm - 7:30am (ER experience preferred)

The Admissions and Referral Supervisor works under the supervision of the A&R Director. The role provides direct administrative oversight to A&R staff in the admissions department, including clinical evaluations, crisis intervention, coordination of referrals, verification of benefits, and overall operations of the admissions department.
Qualifications Education- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility or ER preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, BLS.
- CPR certification and successful completion of restraining procedures training
- CPI within 30 days of employment.
- Understanding of The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA and state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to prioritize workload and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Focus on providing high quality patient care.
