This position requires a candidate with experience in trenchless rehabilitation using CCTV and CIPP technology. Experience in tap cutting is also preferred.
Job SummaryPURIS needs a CCTV Operator to conduct all routine activities associated with cured‑in‑place‑pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Job Accountabilities- Conduct pre- and post-rehabilitation CCTV associated with CIPP lining.
- Accurately fill out reports and turn in daily logs.
- Assist foreman with daily project notification as instructed.
- Accurately reinstate laterals in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with liner installations.
- Ensure deliverables and associated reports are turned in daily.
- Service, clean, and maintain cutter/camera equipment as well as assigned vehicles.
- Communicate changes in scope or conditions to supervisor when encountered.
- Safely set up and use equipment necessary for day-to-day operations.
- Utilize all safety equipment and follow PURIS standard operating procedures and techniques.
- Perform other tasks related to the position as directed by superiors.
- Must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the above responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate, detailed, reliable, and able to follow orders with minimal supervision.
- Proactive and able to troubleshoot.
- Solid understanding of standard field pipe rehabilitation installation procedures.
- Able to work in extreme environments, conditions, and confined spaces.
- Motivated and willing to learn and move up.
- CDL preferred.
