ResponsibilitiesThis mechanic/technician role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventive maintenance on Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and other equipment.
- Diagnose and repair diesel equipment, heavy equipment, and specialty line equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil & gas related equipment.
- Use hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain equipment performance.
- Stay flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide mechanic’s tools of the trade when needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
- 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty line equipment such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical systems with troubleshooting skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.

$21.38 – $29.39 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
