Lutheran Services Florida is seeking a Youth Care Specialist to supervise youth ages 10-17 in a direct service role. The position requires night shift hours:
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., with focus on safety, care, and daily living supports.
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience with youth in structured settings, dependable performance, strong judgement, and cultural sensitivity. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
