Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding and approvals, and prepare payments in a timely manner.
- Generate customer invoices, reconcile accounts receivable balances, and follow up on overdue payments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets.
- Reconcile bank statements, investigate and resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate cash balances.
- Assist with Audits
- Sage Intacct experience.
