We have a a WONDERFUL client who needs interim Payroll support right away thru the end of the year.
Process payroll for 300 employees onsite in Oakland. Great team environment, training available and support there when you need it on-site right near you.

Job Description:
- Process payroll semi-monthly and bi-weekly
- Process payroll for 350+ employees
- Processes manual check requests for terminations and payroll adjustments
- Monthly reconciliation of worker's comp liability and 403b retirement plan
- Produce periodic payroll reports as needed for benefits payments, union dues and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with detailed job costing allocations
- Knowledge of general accounting, with emphasis on job costing and/or fund accountin
- Nonprofit accounting experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in ADP Payroll Software
