Overview

Our client is seeking a dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations during a 3-4 month project. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong bookkeeping fundamentals and hands‑on experience using Quick Books online or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, and general ledger entries

+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

+ Process invoices, receipts, and payments

+ Support month‑end close activities

+ Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting

+ Communicate with internal team members regarding outstanding items

+ Help streamline or document simple accounting processes as needed

Requirements
