Job Location:
United States (Oakland, CA 94612). Position Type:
Full Time. Salary Range: $78,000 – $108,000.
As a Staff Accountant at Harmless Harvest, you will join a dynamic accounting team in a fast‑paced environment at our Oakland HQ. You’ll own all aspects of revenue reporting, including billing, invoicing, and customer maintenance. This highly visible role supports multiple functions within our growing organization and you will report directly to the VP Controller.
What you’ll be doing- Ensuring prompt and accurate invoicing and billing of customer accounts
- Managing customer billing issues and questions
- Maintaining and updating customer master data
- Supporting audit requests
- Assisting with general accounting and finance related projects as needed
- Seeking out and communicating opportunities to continuously improve, standardize and streamline the company’s invoicing and billing process
- Working collaboratively and building strong relationships across the organization
- Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degree or 2‑4 years of relevant experience in an accounting role
- Proficient Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral analytical and communication skills
- Highly organized, flexible to daily work priorities, and eager to learn

The base compensation for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, certifications, equity, training and organizational needs.
