Job DetailsOur client is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join their finance team. You will support month‑end close, reconciliations, revenue accounting, reporting, audit requests, and process improvements. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to complex accounting operations, cross‑functional projects, and strong career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Support month‑end close, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
- Perform AR and credit card transaction reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data and create ad‑hoc reports.
- Support revenue accounting and audit requests.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external auditors.
- Utilize Excel, Access, Oracle Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Identify process improvements and enhance workflows.
- Assist with reporting enhancements and system initiatives.
- Support other accounting projects as needed.
- 2‑5 years of accounting experience.
- Month‑end close, reconciliations, and GL experience.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Audit/public accounting experience.
- Retail revenue accounting experience.
- SQL, Access.
- Transaction processing experience with Adyen, Discover, American Express.
- Audit experience.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented.
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive.
- Strong communicator and problem solver.
- Motivated by growth and ownership.
