• Analyze client cost data and build Excel models to identify savings opportunities
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for optimizing recurring expenses
• Generate true‑up reports and support the audit process, including vendor communications on rate or billing changes
• Benchmark clients to spot data anomalies
• Support third‑party cost optimization and billing audit calculations
• Identify over payment or exemption opportunities within regulated cost categories
• Interpret complex billing structures and rate schedules
• Help build cost audit models

• Four‑year degree
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Strong Excel skills; SQL, Salesforce, or Access experience a plus
• Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
