This is far more than a traditional Fund Accounting Manager position.

You'll join one of the world's leading private equity fund-of-funds, managing over $13 billion in assets and investing alongside many of Asia's top-performing private equity, venture capital, and growth equity managers.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex fund accounting and reporting while mentoring a talented team, partnering directly with Finance leadership, and gaining exposure to sophisticated global investment structures.

What You'll Do

+ Lead the review of quarterly and annual fund financial statements

+ Manage audits, tax processes, and relationships with external service providers

+ Oversee capital calls, distributions, and fund cash forecasting

+ Review complex fund transactions and ensure GAAP compliance

+ Partner with leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencies

+ Mentor and develop junior accounting professionals

+ Respond to investor requests and support regulatory reporting

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ CPA with 5+ years of public accounting or private equity/venture fund accounting experience

+ Experience reviewing financial statements and leading audits

+ Prior management or team leadership experience

+ Strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills

+

Experience with private equity or fund-of-funds structures is a plus

+ Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
