Accounting Manager- Trust Accounting, Hybrid in Oakland

Senior Accounting Manager

Local, established and growing Family office in the Transportation industry is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid schedule in Oakland, CA with two days onsite and three remote. $135,000 - $165,000/ DOE Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting (or similar), MS in Accounting+, with 10+ years of full cycle GAAP Accounting, CPA helpful!
• Family office experience desired, multiple entity accounting needed
• Must have knowledge of tax returns and preparation to work with the outside CPA firm
• Should be very confident with journal entries, G/L, payroll, financial reporting including Balance and P&L
• Trust accounting highly desired
• Very strong system skills needed, advanced Excel, ERP knowledge, Great Plains a plus
• This is a hybrid role with two days onsite in Oakland, CA and three days remote
• $135,000 - $165,000 / DOE
