• Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and verify discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain detailed and organized vendor records and reconcile statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Assist in improving workflows and processes for accounts payable efficiencies.
