Description:

Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming environment and supporting administrative functions at the front office.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors and clients

+ Answer and direct incoming calls

+ Maintain an organized front office and reception area

+ Schedule appointments and update calendars

+ Handle mail and deliveries

+ Prior receptionist or customer-facing experience

+ Professional appearance and communication

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Basic computer proficiency
