At Azure Sky Chiropractic, we believe healing starts the moment someone walks through our doors.
We are a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic office with three doctors and a collaborative team. We are looking for someone who understands that the front desk is not “just reception” — it is leadership in patient experience.

The Role:The Patient Experience Coordinator is the first and last impression of our office. This role blends customer service, administrative precision, and financial coordination to ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and guided throughout their care.
This is not just a receptionist role — it is a leadership position in patient experience.

- Manage scheduling and patient flow for multiple providers
- Handle phones, check-in/check-out, and paperwork accurately
- Process payments and support financial conversations
- Follow daily and weekly office procedures and checklists
- Maintain accurate records and uphold HIPAA compliance
- 2+ years customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Confident communication skills (in person and by phone)
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Experience with Jane App is a plus, but we will train the right person
- $22 – 25 per hour (based on experience)

In-person (not remote)
We have three part-time positions available. Please indicate which schedule(s) work for you:
- Full Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:30am–6:00pm (approx. 32 hours/week)
- Mornings: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:15am–1:30pm (approx. 17 hours/week)
- Afternoons: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 1:00pm–6:15pm (approx. 17 hours/week)

All hours are approximate. We're flexible on which option(s) to fill based on the right candidates.
