Position: Guest-First Office Services Coordinator (Part-Time, Oakland)
A mission-driven foundation in Oakland is seeking a Part-Time Office Services Coordinator who will be the face of the foundation and ensure the office operates smoothly. Responsibilities include managing front desk duties, supporting office operations, and creating a welcoming environment. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in office coordination, strong organizational skills, and a positive presence.
