Role DescriptionThis full‑time on‑site Office Manager role is located in Oakland, CA. The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, providing customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and maintaining office records and procedures. This individual will also ensure that the work environment runs smoothly while supporting staff and meeting operational needs.
Qualifications- Strong Communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling and documentation
- Proficient in managing and maintaining Office Equipment and related systems
- Excellent Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role within an office environment is beneficial
