Position: In-Office Admin & Client Support Specialist

CTCP Ltd. is seeking an office assistant to join our Oakland team. This full-time, in-office role supports client interactions, vendor coordination, and daily clerical tasks, with a pay range of $16.50–$18.00 per hour.

You will handle filing, documents, phone calls, and emails, maintain organization, and assist in general office procedures. English fluency is essential, and proficiency in Word and Excel is expected to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
