Overview

Under the general supervision of the Financial Operations Manager, the Office Coordinator provides administrative support and logistical coordination in the daily operations of the Associated Students (ASUCR) Office. The incumbent supports the Financial Operations Manager and Executive Director and is responsible for the oversight and operation of the ASUCR Front Desk and Reception area. The position also involves hiring, training, and supervising the front desk student assistants and serving as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, and guests who visit or contact ASUCR.

The position also provides facilities and inventory support to the Highlander Newspaper and Graduate Student Association.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and operate the ASUCR Front Desk and Reception area.
  • Hire, train, and supervise front desk student assistants.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, and guests.
  • Provide administrative support and logistical coordination for daily office operations.
  • Provide facilities and inventory support to the Highlander Newspaper and Graduate Student Association.
Salary and Benefits

The full salary range for the ASUCR Office Coordinator (job code: 004722) is $61,282.80 - $87,821.28 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $63,000 annually. Salary offers are based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
