What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Patient Experience Specialist, you’ll be ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high levels of organization.
Patient Experience & Clinic Operations
- Be the
first friendly face
patients see, setting the tone for a welcoming experience. - Oversee
phone performance, appointment scheduling, and check-ins. - Ensure
billing, collections, and funding processes
run smoothly. - Maintain a
clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment. - Manage
patient feedback, reviews, and retention strategies.
Clinic Space & Efficiency
- Ensure the
front desk and waiting area
remain warm and inviting. - Keep
treatment rooms and gym areas
stocked and well-maintained. - Identify and resolve
facility issues
to keep the space in excellent condition.
Operational & Business Support
- Ensure compliance with
digital checklists and patient tracking systems. - Oversee
scheduling, invoicing, and administrative duties.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
