What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Patient Experience Specialist, you’ll be ensuring an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high levels of organization.

Patient Experience & Clinic Operations

  • Be the
    first friendly face
    patients see, setting the tone for a welcoming experience.
  • Oversee
    phone performance, appointment scheduling, and check-ins.
  • Ensure
    billing, collections, and funding processes
    run smoothly.
  • Maintain a
    clean, organized, and inviting clinic environment.
  • Manage
    patient feedback, reviews, and retention strategies.

Clinic Space & Efficiency

  • Ensure the
    front desk and waiting area
    remain warm and inviting.
  • Keep
    treatment rooms and gym areas
    stocked and well-maintained.
  • Identify and resolve
    facility issues
    to keep the space in excellent condition.

Operational & Business Support

  • Ensure compliance with
    digital checklists and patient tracking systems.
  • Oversee
    scheduling, invoicing, and administrative duties.
