Seeking a Bilingual Chinese Administrative Assistant to support internal teams and assist clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage calendars and appointments

+ Translate documents and communications

+ Maintain client databases and records

+ Assist with reports and correspondence

+ Provide administrative support to leadership

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese

+ Strong administrative and customer service skills

Experience with Microsoft Office

+ Ability to handle confidential information

+ Excellent attention to detail
