Pay Rate: $50-$55/hr
We are seeking a Business Analyst to perform moderately complex data analysis
, develop custom reports, and translate business needs into actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical thinking, independent report development, and the ability to clearly present findings to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate excels in information analysis, KPI tracking, and metrics reporting
, and is comfortable working across teams in a dynamic, hybrid environment.
- Perform analysis on moderately complex data models
, selecting from multiple reports and data sources - Determine data needs, collect data, and apply appropriate analytical techniques to achieve desired outcomes
- Develop new reports and perform custom/ad-hoc reporting independently
- Present findings and insights to various audiences
, including non-technical stakeholders - Conduct basic internal and external research
- Communicate with peers across departments to exchange ideas and gather information
- Participate as a contributor on project teams
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering
, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience) - Minimum 2 years of related business analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Information Analysis, Metrics, and KPI Tracking
- Proficiency in Market Research, Consulting, and Project Management skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Adaptability to changing business conditions and ambiguity
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Advanced:
Information Analysis, Metrics & KPI Tracking - Proficient:
