Job Description :
Pay Range: $62.54hr - $67.54hr
- The Project Manager will oversee personnel coordination, financial management, vendor management, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
- This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure effective resource allocation, financial oversight, and operational efficiency across projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers regarding staffing, onboarding, staffing costs, and related activities.
- Monitor and analyze employee utilization, workload allocation, and job estimates.
- Assist in resource planning and forecasting based on project timelines and requirements.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures.
- Support employee development and training initiatives related to resource management.
- Track and analyze project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiencies in resource allocation.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes related to resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Coordinate procurement processes and negotiate contracts.
- Identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities and suitability for projects.
- Develop and maintain resource management reports and dashboards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to resource utilization and efficiency.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management.
- Continuously review and improve resource management processes and procedures.
- Implement best practices for resource allocation and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in resource management, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
- Knowledge of vendor management practices and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
