Are you passionate about helping injured workers in California successfully return to work? The Return-to-Work Supplement Program (RTWSP) is seeking multiple motivated Analyst IIs to play a key role in delivering meaningful support to injured workers and ensuring supplemental payment cases move efficiently toward resolution.

Under the direction of the RTWSP Supervisor I, the Analyst II serves as a case manager responsible for managing an assigned caseload from initiation through closure. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of program operations and how RTWSP complements the broader California Workers’ Compensation programs. You will analyze and review case details and collaborate with internal partners such as legal and accounting, as well as external stakeholders including insurance companies, attorneys, and counselors, to move cases forward in a timely and accurate manner.

Your work will directly contribute to program outcomes and support injured workers navigating the return-to-work process.
