A company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Operations Coordinator to support its global legal and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage contract workflows, including Docu Sign templates and lifecycle tracking Maintain corporate governance files and ensure document repositories are audit-ready Support legal invoicing, spend management, and compliance workflows

Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or related fields Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in paralegal or legal operations is a plus

Experience with contract tracking and document management tools Proficiency with document management tools, spreadsheets, and e-signature platforms English proficiency required; knowledge of Mandarin, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus
