Are you a Service Now expert with Field Service Management (FSM) experience? Join a leading organization where you'll play a key role in optimizing field operations, mobile workflows, scheduling systems, and inventory management.
What You'll Do- Administer and maintain the Service Now FSM platform, including upgrades and system enhancements
- Configure and support Dispatcher Workspace and Mobile Agent applications
- Manage work orders, assignment rules, task dependencies, and territory planning
- Support inventory management, stockrooms, and asset transfer processes
- Develop and maintain UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and notifications
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
- 3+ years of Service Now Administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Now Field Service Management (FSM)
- Knowledge of dynamic scheduling, map integrations, and mobile workflows
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification required
- Local candidates preferred for this hybrid role
