** Night Shift Office Administrator/Dispatcher
** to join our team at our Port of Oakland distribution facility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to working  
** night shift only** .

** Schedule*
* + Monday-Friday (or as scheduled)

+  
** 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM*
* + This is a permanent night shift position.

** Pay*
* + Up to  **$30.00 per hour** , depending on experience.

** Responsibilities*
* + Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the night.

+ Plan and adjust delivery routes as needed.

+ Process customer orders and accurately enter data into company systems.

+ Prepare and process invoices.

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

+ Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

+ Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.

+ Maintain accurate records and reports.

+ Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or office administration preferred.

+ Strong computer skills, including  
** Microsoft Excel** .

+

Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

+ Strong communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

+ Reliable, punctual, and committed to working overnight hours.

** What We're Looking For*
* We're looking for someone who  
** prefers working nights
** and is dependable, organized, and ready to become an important part of our operations team. If you're a self-starter with dispatch and office experience, we'd love to hear from you.

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
