Analyst I/II - Organizational Change Management
Join our dynamic team in Organizational Change Management! Are you passionate about supporting organizational change, improving systems, and helping staff navigate important transitions? The Community Care Licensing Division's (CCLD) Organizational Change Management (OCM) Training Unit is seeking a motivated Analyst I/II to contribute to impactful projects that transform how we serve Californians. As a vital member of the OCM team, you will:
- Support Change Initiatives:
Assist in aligning OCM strategies across key projects, collaborating with project leaders, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and business processes. - Develop and Deliver Training:
Help create, review, and distribute user-friendly training materials such as guides, presentations, and job aids that support new system rollouts and process updates. Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions tailored to staff and user needs. - Manage Training Logistics:
Use the Department's Learning Management System to schedule training sessions, track participant attendance, and report on progress, ensuring smooth and effective delivery. - Evaluate and Improve:
Assist in administering pre- and post-training surveys, analyze user feedback using tools like Excel or Power BI, and contribute to improvements in training content and change strategies. - Document and Communicate:
Help maintain accurate and accessible documentation of business process updates and system changes. Ensure key information is shared effectively with stakeholders. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Participate in meetings with subject matter experts, technical teams, vendors, and other partners. Take notes, track action items, and assist with coordinating cross-functional efforts.
