Aboutthe Role
As a Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and detailed design for the suite of Kinetic Ops Apps that manage customer interactions and vehicle flow in our hubs. These apps enable customers to schedule and track cars, download documentation, view invoices, and pay us, providing a modern customer experience.
You’ll be responsible for Ops Apps at multiple levels: overall strategy and customer value proposition, internal team workflows, detailed designs for features and business logic, product look‑and‑feel, and underlying software architecture. The ideal candidate balances big‑picture thinking with a sharp eye for detail, crafting a compelling product narrative while shipping professional, well‑executed software.
The role requires translating a large, poorly defined opportunity into a concrete roadmap and artifacts—PRDs, design docs, wireframes, flow charts—that the team can execute on. We value simplicity, reliability, rapid iteration, and shipping products that work. The product is still young, so there are many opportunities for refinement and expansion.
This in‑person role is critical to our development velocity. Working close to brilliant coworkers and cool robots is one of the biggest perks of working at Kinetic.
