• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee all on‑site and off‑site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors
• Manage and lead construction teams ensuring quality workmanship
• Prepare and maintain project 4‑week schedules
• Communicate project progress during weekly Owner, Architect, Contractor meetings

• 7‑10 years construction Superintendent experience with projects in excess of $10M
• Excellent communication skills
• Great management techniques
• Organization skills
• Knowledge and experience with concrete, framing and finish carpentry
• Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Office 365
• Able to train on and/or navigate construction management software
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Project
• Proven experience in construction management
• Ability to build, manage, and supervise construction projects effectively
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, IIPP implementation / compliance
• Excellent supervisory skills

• Leed Professional Accreditation
• OSHA Certified
• Procore
