Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for document control, including permits, project files, and other essential records.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather all necessary documentation and information.Review and process permit applications in accordance with local and national regulations.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project teams and senior management.Identify potential issues or delays and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.Proven expertise in managing permits, project files, and document control.Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.Proficient in using project management software and other related technology.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Benefits
