Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager, Contracts Manager
High end custom residential Design Build contractor is looking for an experienced superintendent/ Field Lead for residential remodeling and the occasional light commercial project.
This person must be able to take a project from start to completion and is responsible for insuring the highest level of quality, while keeping to the construction schedule and budget.
Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and on site operations including; crew management, client interface, sub‑contractor management, job site safety.
We have an amazing team of high caliber individuals on staff, and we are looking to fill our this final position with a person of similar integrity, experience and skill. We design the majority of our work in house with our amazing design team. We have a well rounded and experienced group of craftsmen and a loyal core group of subs to build out our projects.
