We're seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial interiors, tenant improvement, renovation, and small to mid-sized commercial construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Our client is a highly respected commercial builder known for delivering quality projects through strong field leadership, responsive communication and collaborative partnerships. This opportunity is ideal for a Superintendent who takes pride in running organized jobsites, leading high-performing trade partners and delivering quality work safely and on schedule. You will direct daily field operations, coordinate trade partners, maintain project schedules, lead site safety efforts, resolve field issues and collaborate with PMs, architects, consultants, inspectors and clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, field coordination, workmanship, safety, subcontractor management and project sequencing
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Competitive compensation package of $145,000 to $195,000, with new company truck or vehicle allowance, performance-based bonus potential, generous PTO, professional development opportunities and long-term career growth.
