Job Detailsan Assistant Superintendent, you'll work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and manpower
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company and OSHA standards
- Monitor production schedules and help maintain project timelines
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and field crews regarding project progress
- Help resolve field issues and maintain a productive jobsite
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing field operations
- Experience assisting with reroof and/or new construction roofing projects
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing preferred
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial reroofing

- Schools, hospitals, industrial, manufacturing, multifamily, or public works projects
- Managing subcontractors and multiple active jobsites
