Who you are
As a Creative Producer and Operations Specialist at Spring, you’ll help define and elevate Turbo Tax’s presence across our brand, advertising and experiential channels. You’ll serve as a pivotal function to the creative team, providing the ops and process structure to ensure business strategy is transformed to world class campaigns, experiences and product integrations.
You are a natural communicator and collaborator — equally at home managing creative reviews, driving timelines, guiding cross-functional teams, and advocating for exceptional creative integrity. Responsibilities- Collaborative Powerhouse:
Partner with marketing, product, finance, and more to ensure everyone’s working toward the same vision. You’ll be the glue that holds cross-functional initiatives together, keeping creative output and organizational objectives aligned. - Stakeholder Whisperer:
Manage expectations and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring our creative work delivers business results and aligns with strategic priorities. - Vendor Connector:
Oversee vendor relationships and external partners, negotiating contracts and managing scopes of work that deliver real value to our team. - Champion of Creative Culture:
Advocate for a culture that strikes the right balance between creative freedom and operational discipline. You’ll help us stay inspired and growing while keeping things running smoothly.
- Agency or in‑house creative team experience with impactful case studies demonstrating end‑to‑end management of the creative process, positive business results, and how you led the team to success.
- Project management and resourcing wizardry with the ability to plan, execute and manage the end‑to‑end process of creative development through the use of the latest tools and technologies.
- Business acumen and knowing how to balance the needs and ambitions of creative teams with business goals and objectives, ensuring our work moves the needle while staying true to our creative vision.
- Data‑mindset understanding the KPIs, channel and product signals that best impact creative development.
- Expertise in marketing channels and the unique deliverables, specs, and media placements needed for integrated campaigns.
- Ability to thrive through ambiguity, remain nimble, and respond decisively in difficult situations with a clear point of view.
