Organizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources.

• Position: We are looking for a dynamic Lead Concierge who is a self-starter, organized, and computer savvy for our luxury high-rise community. Must have experience as a concierge or doorman.
• Bonus: $100 average bonus a month
• Greets prospects and residents, monitors guest traffic, answers calls, assists with package deliveries, maintains logs, and keeps residents informed about local services.

The hourly range for this position is $22.12 - $27.00 (Oakland)

Many factors influence pay within the range, including experience, skills, and location.
