Job Description:

The Membership Administrator will support membership operations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional service to members.

Responsibilities:

+ Process membership applications and renewals

+ Update and maintain membership databases

+ Respond to member inquiries

+ Prepare membership reports and communications

+ Assist with member events and outreach efforts

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 2+ years of administrative or membership experience

+ Strong database management skills

+ Excellent customer service abilities

+ High attention to detail
